On Wednesday 14th March Year 4 went to the World Museum in Liverpool to view the Terracotta Army exhibition. This was a unique opportunity, because the Chinese government have only allowed a certain number of museums in the world to display these amazing warriors!
The children got to view the warriors and learn all about how they were discovered, they also had the opportunity to take part in various workshops to learn about Chines writing, how Emperor Qin Shi Huang (pronounced chin-she-hwuong) united the different states of China into one country and how large his burial site was, where the warriors were discovered.
